Interview

So
what happened last week after the Yellow Jackets
interview done by $paceman? Seems some information
was either misinterpreted or we were ill informed.
More in question was their affiliation to Wu or
their status within the Westcoast Killa Beez. What
were the fans meant to assume? Out of nowhere the
Yellow Jackets were featured on the latest Killa
Beez compilation
The
Swarm 3: Pollen", on a song called "Roll
with the Killa Beez", Christ Bearer was interviewed
as part of our Killa Beez series and spoke about
his new group the Yellow Jackets, which also
features Armel The Great. The questions started
coming in and Wu-International decided to get hold
of another member to find out more about the group.
Last week's guest was $paceman, who broke
down the group's history, affiliation and so on. It
would seem the Y'Jz have found their place within
the West Coast Killa Beez among the rest of the
artists we have interviewed so far. However some
information received in regards to the
group were disputed; mainly YJ'z status within the
KGB, and $paceman's connection with the Black
Knights. This
is all so important as a lot of groups claim
affiliation when they have no cause or connection
with the Wu.
Pretty simple: it's
a known fact that
only the generals can officially initiate anyone
into the Wu-Tang Killa Beez gang, a role that has
been mainly or mostly handled by the RZA. Then there are
others like Divine and say Mook just to name a few who
are also known to have recruited members into the
family tree with RZA's permission or blessing. As
broken down by Cilvaringz, RZA and the generals are
Gold status: The Generals. Anyone else that
comes in via these generals gets Silver status,
and is known as a Killa Bee. So for
example RZA introduced the likes of
Black Knights, Northstar, Killarmy, Sunz of Man,
Solomon Childs, Royal Fam, CCF Division etc into the
family.
Now anyone else that comes under or via Silver
is known as the Bronze status, and is also a
Killa Bee or what most fans called Wu Fam, and
the Bronze status needs the blessing or approval again
of the Abbott. So Bronze Nazareth for example had to
go through Cilvaringz and got approved by the RZA to
become an affiliate. Black Knights brought in the
likes of Committee, Dexter Wiggle, Indovizualz and
so on with the blessing of the RZA, and the list
goes on.
When groups under silver gets the approval of the
silver members who they are under, they need to get
passed on to RZA who has the final say to
grant them the permission to rep that "W".
What happens in
between: that's where the confusion starts and
this was probably the case with Yellow Jackets or the most
likely explanation of how and why the information
received last week was wrongly interpreted. Just
because a member of the group is official does not
make the group or the individual members official
and vice versa. Take Stone Mecca for instance, the
group is not necessarily official under RZA but each
individual member of the group are not necessarily
official outside of Stone Mecca as a soloist except
for the leader Tru James, Confusing isn't it?
To keep it simple, any official stamp has to go
through RZA or the generals.
Wu-International had to get back in touch with
the leader of the Yellow Jacket movement; Christ
Bearer for the final part of the Yellow
Jackets interview under the West Coast Killa Beez
series to correct and set the records straight once
and for all. Expect a detailed breakdown of the Killa Bee Gang East West and worldwide some time in
future from Wu-International to squash more of the
myths and assumptions as to who and what makes a
Wu-Tang affiliate,
Enjoy!!!

I like to say thanks first and foremost for
taking the time to answer these questions, highly
appreciated, and will also point out that nothing will be
altered, edited or changed when this is published online.
Wu-International: There are some confusion to some
info we got from our last interview with Spaceman in regards
to Yellow Jackets being part of the West Coast Killa Beez,
Can you please verify and clear this for us?
Christ Bearer: The Y'J's are still under construction,
meaning they are still going through the rigorous training
of the Abbott by the way of me. One could say that the only
way to the father is through the son.
Wu-International: The confusion was also due to the
fact that Yellow Jackets were included on the Swarm 3: The
Pollen project and interestingly on a song called "Roll with
the Killa Beez" are you are saying they are not official
even though they are your group?
Christ Bearer: No there are not, even though it is
still my group, I am the only one official for now. The song
"Roll with the Killa Beez" was changed to that as the the
first title "Roll with us" was already used. iIt featured
Armel, Jihad, Scratch, Ram, Shadow and Supreme. Shout out to
Benny and Voodoo.
Wu-International: We have been covering the West
Coast Killa Beez series and most of the new entrants to KBG
on the West Coast has been mainly through Black Knights,
what other groups/artists under you are officially part of
the KBG?
Christ Bearer: You have to wait and see, and for the
records nobody in the Yellow Jackets have ever been down
with the Black Knights in whatever levels except for me and
Meko as we have been down with them and they with us, and we
are still down to date and forever. Shout out to the Rugged
Monk, Crisis tha Sharp Shooter, Warcloud, Meko, and the Rza
and the rest of the Wu Killer Bees and Clan, R.I.P. to Doc
Doom and long live the emperor, long live Wu.
Wu-International: From our last interview with
Spaceman, it seems the Yellow Jackets were officially Killa
Beez, and he said he was riding with the Knights, why would
a member of your group claim affiliation if not affiliated?
Christ Bearer: Simple misunderstanding
Wu-International: This leads me to ask what the
status of 71Raw are within the Killa Bee Gang as they were
put under your wings by RZA some time back, are they
official now?
Christ Bearer: Same situation as above, when put on by
Rza it could take a moment, when brought by anyone else to
the god it could take from a moment up to a thousand years,
yet they are both on their way if they stay righteous.
Wu-International: Thanks for clearing all that up,
there seems to be a lot of people who claim Wu-Tang
affiliation these days and are not even linked, what are
your thoughts on this?
Christ Bearer: None anymore, I cant keep wit the
loads, just mine.
 |
Wu-International: So how did yellow Jackets come
about, Spaceman said it was yours and
Armel's idea?
Christ Bearer:
I was told by the god Rza
some good advice and I acted on it. I had a group called
Black Box that I
put on hold for this movement called Yellow Jackets.
Wu-International: Black Box was your rock
group/project?
Christ Bearer:
Yes
Wu-International: There were
indications from our previous interview with Spaceman that
you and Armel are the leaders of Y'Jz?
Christ Bearer:
Thats absurd, being the one and only official Killer Bee in
the group I of course created the movement.
Wu-International:
Armel is somewhat
official too being GZA's student and part of Coins and
Population click with Sunz of Man, Royal Fam etc, are you
saying he is not official or just not the one responsible
for the formation of the group?
Christ Bearer:
|
Wu-International:
How did you go about rounding up the soldiers or members of
the Jackets?
Christ Bearer: I went to Venice Beach, Passadena,
Long Beach, L.A, recruiting and a lot came to me over 30
MC's, everyone had to knowledge the one God Allah, respect
Rza as the god and me as the one in control of the movement
I created.
Wu-International: For the sake of accuracy, can you
please tell us the actual amount of the members as well as
names of the members?
Christ Bearer: Not yet since Rza did bless me with my
own group to charter as a member I will not reveal who all
thirteen truly are till later and there will be surprises.
Wu-International: So what would you say is the
difference between Y'Jz and Northstar apart from one being
official?
Christ Bearer: The numbers and Meko
Wu-International: So what's good with the Yellow
Jackets as far as albums go, is the group working on
something and when is that coming out?
Christ Bearer: Yellow Jackets album is on the way
also.
Wu-International: You also mentioned the female
associates to Yellow Jackets called Pink Jackets, can you
please tell us more about this group?
Christ Bearer:
As far as the rest there
are only 2 Pink Jackets and their names are Mary and Mary
Magdaleen.
Wu-International: Some fans would say you should
focus more on Northstar or your solo, is there any reason
you have gone on to form these groups?
Christ Bearer: The Northstar is still and forever
more up and running, peace to Meko, and my solo is being
worked on and filming kung fu movies as we speak on the Wu
mountain in Ohio with my Wu fam.
Wu-International: So when can we expect Northern
Lights?
Christ Bearer: It's dropping 2011, Northstar -
Northern Lights.
Wu-International: You said you are shooting a kung fu
video in Ohio with your Wu fam, who are they and what's the
movie about please?
Christ Bearer: We are shooting several, we know for
now just Wu fam members, others will follow.
Wu-International: Thanks for the answers,
anything else you would like to add on that's not covered
already?
Christ Bearer: Peace and blessing its been a
pleasure as always. Long live the Emperor, and long
live Wu!
Thanks
