1. Intro -
ft. Treasurer -
Starts with Joe talkin about the industry and shouting out
his people, including Myalansky and Napoleon.. Then he goes
into a tight ass flow.. the beat is one of the best I've
heard in a while, really feminds me of OB4CL.. one of the
best intros I've ever heard. (10/10)
2. R.A.T.S. (Gangstaz) - ft. Cassius Clay -
"Fake cats frontin aint gangsta, get throwed in the trunk
and get taped up" - This shit is kind of commercial and I'm
not really feeling it at all, also this Cassius Clay nigga
is talking on the hook with an annoying voice, this is the
worst song on the album. (4/10)
3. Why Ask
This beat is tight, and Joe Mafia says "WU" in the beginning
of the track. This beat reminds me of the beat from AZ's
track "I'm Back", it's an above average song "I wake up
everyday with a warface, last on sleep first one up, sun up
to sun up, nigga wut up". (7/10)
4. This One
By now I'm sure you all heard this in the WTW ftp, this shit
has a classic Wu type beat, and it's really bangin when
played in a system, my car speakers bug out with this track.
Joe really holds this track down, and I'm really feeling
this track. (10/10)
5. Mafia Style
This shit is rediculous!! A hard ass piano sample over some
tight drums, Joe's flow is out of control on this track,
he's really improved his flow since Wu-Syndicate.. "ma logg
you on to www dot smack the taste out your mouth dot com to
Vietnam". (9/10)
6. Showtime
This starts like a boxing match with an audience applauding
as they announce the entrance of Joe Mafia.. this is some
"Criminology" type flows.. once again im takin back to
OB4CL.. this song is another banger! (8/10)
7. It's All Good...
This is one of my favorites on the album - "it's all good
Joe, we gettin money in the streets and the hood Joe, and
aint thinkin bout police blowin treesmoke, stashin ice
countin cheese, slangin dope do, niggas ain't frontin on me"
.. The hook itself is bangin.. this a good track to ride
to.. (9/10)
8. 7 Cities
GOD DAMN!!!!! BANGIN ASS TRACK!!! This shit is an old soul
sample that is off the fuckin chain! Joe touches about 7
cities in Virginia.. this shit is so tight, reminds me of
some Mobb Deep when they were good!! (10/10)
9. C.H.I.P.S.
This song has a reggae flavor to it, but the beat is kind of
plain, it repeats itself a little to much, it's still not
that bad, average. (5/10)
10. We Ride
This is my second favorite song on the album, really a
bangin ass song. I wanna wild out when i hear this shit. You
prolly heard this one in the WTW ftp also, shit is bangin.
(10/10)
11. C.I.T.Y - ft Treasurer -
Another quality track, nice piano sample, shit is on some 5%
knowledge "CITY yeah that's what
they call me, C-I-T-Y C I Told Yall!" "Let a nigga fly on
his own towo, Wu Syndicate and I done gone through.." "came
through the door thug war in 99, for me it's rhyme or crime
I'ma stay on my grind". (8/ 10)
12. - Skit -
This is just a skit of Joe Mafia and his people getting in a
gun fight.
13. Set It Off
A fast paced track that reminds me of some 4th Disciple
style production. This track makes me wanna kill people.
(8/10)
14. Lust
This track is tight just because its soulful and it reminds
me of a situation I went through. It's about fucking that's
so good you feel like you're like in love. It's got a soul
singer on it she is pretty tight. (8/10)
15. Fam (4U)
This song is about riding for your people, dying for your
people. Classic Wu Style Production. Tight song. (7/10)
16. Jokes On U
My favorite song on this album.. this song is sooooo fuckin
tight!! Better than any Wu track that has dropped in the
last year!!!! Classic Wu style production!!! Got a soul
singer sampled on the hook!! This track is too fuckin
dope!!! I had to add an extra 5. (15/10)
17. Outro - ft Dark Sunz & Rashaad -
This is supposed to be an outro but its really a full song.
Once again it's Wu style production, Dark Sunz are ok but
not as good as Wu Syndicate, they are reppin VA as you can
tell by them screamin V-A V-A Nigga! Joe Mafia spits a tight
verse and so does Rashaad. Really an average track though.
(6/10)
Overall a very dope album!!! Best album of 2002 fo sho sho!!
I'm Loving this, Peace to DJ Catcher for making this shit
